RETURNS
Customers may return products purchased within 14 days of delivery if product is unopened and unused for store credit, minus any applicable shipping expenses incurred by the customer and Utokia (if you qualified for free shipping this amount will be deducted). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Clearance and Sale items do not qualify, such as the Dr. Stankenstein creations.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS:
Ordering a subscription means you're signing up for regular, recurring deliveries. We make this clear at product selection and checkout.
Because of this, forgetting to cancel is not a valid reason for a refund or cancellation. Managing your subscription is your responsibility. Canceling stops future orders but does not entitle you to a refund or cancellation for an order that has already been processed.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled for store credit before the order has entered fullilment, once a shipping notification has been sent we may not be able to cancel the order. If you made a mistake on item selection or address input errors email contact@utokia.com and we will make the necessary changes.
Please note that up to 7.5% cancellation fee applies to all orders. While we don’t enjoy charging these fees, they cover the non-refundable transaction costs charged by your credit card processor.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email contact@utokia.com with as much information as possible (e.g., your name, the email used to place the order, and/or your order number).
Note: Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours (or sooner).
We reserve the right to make exceptions to these policies at our sole discretion. Our shipping wizards have told us that you have an 49% better chance to get an exception if you are nice human being.
