If you’ve conjured a defective, or damaged item you must contact us within 48 hours, we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.  Exchanges are limited to the same item, however we cannot guarantee the availability of products for exchange and if an item is not available to satisfy your preference for exchange, we are happy to offer a refund.

Orders may be cancelled before an order has been shipped. If you would like to cancel your order email contact@utokia.com. Note: Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours but sometime sooner. You can cancel your Utokia subscriptions any time, for any reason, free of charge by accessing your member page. While we’ll be sad to see you go, we know that if you love something you have to set it free. Just remember we’ll always be around if you want to fly back to the nest.

Sometimes, when you buy stuff off the internet, and you change your mind. You don’t want it, you don’t like it. Which is why, you’ve got the option to conjure a return spell and send it back to us.

You may be eligible for a return of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping expenses incurred on our part if the item qualified for free shipping. We do ask that you pay shipping for these returns.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We are unable to accept returns on any perishable goods.

In all seriousness, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Chargebacks for items in transit, items with confirmed delivery, or items pending fulfillment without requesting a cancellation via email will result in loss of purchasing ability within this store.
