THE PORT OF UTOKIA
(Shipping)

Ships (or as the locals call it - USPS) from the Port of Utokia usually depart the same or next day, meaning most orders will get to you within 3-5 business days after shipment but probably sooner. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification via the email associated with your order. Tracking links may require additional time to “go live” as carriers process your shipment.

We ship to the address provided by the customer, so ensure the address provided is correct. Address changes may not be possible after your order has been placed.

Once a package has been picked up by the courier it is their responsibility to deliver the package. Lost, damaged or stolen packages is out of our control and is the responsibility of the shipping company.

If it was an error on our part such as shipping a package to the incorrect address we will replace your order. We may, at our full discretion, provide a complimentary replacement order depending on individual circumstances.

We are currently unable to ship gummies to the following states/locations:
