All of our products ship to all states except Oregon, California and Idaho. We cannot ship internationally at this time. We appreciate your understanding!

Our collectible cards are inspired by our evolving fantasy world, Utokia. Utokia is a symbol of everyone's happy place. A world of wacky and fun creatures based on fantasy, gaming, and cannabis culture.

The goal is to collaborate with artists from varying backgrounds who also love cannabis to help bring the World of Utokia to life and create a shared adventure to enhance your experience and deliver an extra surprise and wonder with each order. We have big dreams to take these cards and turn them into something more one day. We do this to celebrate the nerd inside us all

We launched this project in 2021 and aim to release new cards several times a year. The cards theme range from things like illustrating popular strains as a fantasy creature, cannabis culture, and more.

Every product comes with a collectible card with a 1 in 20 (ish) chance of getting a rare holographic. We produce a limited number of holographic cards per design (typically between 20-30). There are also legendary cards that are 1 in 1000 such as the Master Herbalist.

Hemp and cannabis are actually from the same species of plant! Science doesn't differentiate the two, but the law does and that all comes down to the level of THC. To be considered hemp under the US Federal Law, it must contain under 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight and derived from hemp, not cannabis. That means that you can have flower or joints that test under .3% THC or a pack of gummies that is under .3% total Delta 9 THC by weight.

Indeed, young squire! One must be of legal age in their realm (21 years or older) to purchase our hemp products (all ages can purchase our catnip). We abide by all laws and regulations of the lands we serve, ensuring our adventures are safe and responsible.

Venturing into the realm of drug tests with our gummies and pre-rolls in your system could be a risky quest. These enchanted treats contain THC and other cannabinoids that might be detected by the wizards of drug testing. Even our hemp-based pre-rolls, while noble in spirit, carry small amounts of THC that could reveal your recent journeys. So, if you're facing the challenge of a drug test, consider pausing your Utokia adventures to ensure a victorious outcome.

For subscriptions created prior to 4/6/2026 please email contact@utokia.com and state that you would like to cancel your subscription.

For subscriptions created after 4/6/2026 you can log into and manage your subscription under "My Subscriptions". There you can edit/cancel/pause/skip your subscription.

Note: Address changes must be done under "My Subscriptions" editing your profile does not change the delivery address for subscriptions.

If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package isn't in hand, don't panic. USPS carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered before they actually arrive, and in most cases the package shows up within 24 to 48 hours of the scan.

The first step and fastest way to find your package is to contact your local post office with your tracking number and ask where the delivery scan occurred. The local branch often resolves these fastest since your regular carrier knows the route https://tools.usps.com/locations/.

That said, you don't have to do this for us to help.

To help us investigate, please reply with the shipping address so we can confirm it matches what's on the shipping label.

While you wait, here's a quick treasure hunt that resolves most of these on the spot:

1. Check all around your entryway: porch, side doors, garage, behind planters or railings. Carriers often tuck packages out of street view.

2. Check your mailbox and any parcel lockers. Smaller orders fit inside.

3. Ask household members and immediate neighbors.
   

If 48 hours pass from the "Delivered" scan and the package still hasn't turned up, reply here or email contact@utokia.com and we'll investigate directly with USPS, including requesting the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan. We've got your back either way.
